How long is the free trial?
The trial runs for 14 days and includes up to 50 device diagnostics (iOS and Android) and/or 5 data wipes.
Do I need to talk to sales first?
No. Sign up, get access, start testing. We believe the platform sells itself.
What devices can I test?
iOS and Android smartphones via Pro-Diagnostic Desktop, which runs on a Windows or a Mac station. Mac Restore is also available for macOS and iOS flashing with one installation.
Is a credit card required?
No. No credit card is needed to start the trial, and no sales call either. You only enter payment details if you decide to continue on a paid plan.
What happens after the trial?
You’ll be invited to pick between three pricing motions — prepay credit packs, per-workstation plans, or an enterprise volume commitment. Diagnostics, erasure, grading and certification are included in all three.
What about support?
All plans include 24-hour business-day basic email support. We also offer premium 24/7 support with a 1-hour SLA, and onsite support on a per-customer basis depending on your volume.
