Public Web Certification
The evidence leaves your building. Anyone holding an IMEI or a serial can check what happened to that device — no account, no sign-in.
What it does
Every device you process can be looked up on a public page by IMEI, serial, MEID or GUID. The result is the certificate: what was cleared and how, GSMA blacklist and factory-reset status, the diagnostic results and battery health. A device nobody processed comes back Not Found rather than a reassuring blank.

You decide what is public
Publication is set per customer account in Control Center, and the certificate page and the PDF are separate switches. Turning the page off does not by itself make the PDF private — that is a second control, deliberately.
