Manual Grading & Cleaning App

Cosmetic grading and cleaning as a timed, audited station — not a judgement call made off-system. Runs on a tablet at the bench, scanning the device straight into its existing record.

What it does

Grading criteria are standardised per customer and applied at a station like any other service, so the grade lands on the same record as the diagnostic result and the erase. UPH is tracked for the station, and operator audits apply here as they do everywhere else.

  • Standardised grading criteria, defined per customer
  • Photo documentation attached to the unit
  • UPH tracking and operator auditing on the grading bench
  • Grade travels on the device record, not in a spreadsheet

Double grading, where the grade is worth money

On categories that change the resale price, the app can require two independent operators to land on the same grade before it is accepted. The second grader does not see the first one's answer. A disagreement is surfaced rather than averaged away.

  • Grading categories defined per customer, with their own colours and codes
  • Double-grading mode on the categories that justify it
  • Tap a category to submit — one gesture per device
  • A device with no intake or diagnostics record is refused, not graded

Why it is part of the platform

A grade decided outside the system is a number nobody can audit later. Running it as a station means the grade has a timestamp, an operator and a device history behind it when a buyer disputes it.

In the product
The grading app on a tablet: a device information panel showing model, part number and IMEI beside a grid of colour-coded grading categories, with double grading mode active and a transfer ID.
The operator sees the device, the transfer it belongs to, and the grading categories as one tap each. Double grading mode is on, so this device needs a second independent operator to agree.Grading app → Select grading category

Run your own devices through it, on your own floor, against your own grading scale. No credit card, and no sales call before you start.
